How can I change window size?

Hi there, folks. I've bought recently Clickteam Fusion and I tought that I can give it a try.
Unfortunately it isn't much "user-friendly" for me, at least at the beginning. Probably the more time I'll spend with it, the more I'll understand.
Anyway, I've created new frame and changed it's dimensions to 1280x720, but the window size stays the same and I can't find anywhere the setting to change window size.
    How can I change it?
