CTF 2.5 Won't Let me Negate

I have had this problem for a while and it is starting to bug me...

For some odd reason i cannot negate at all no matter what a do i cannot negate
If someone could help that would be appreciated :)

Some conditions cannot be negated. What condition are you attempting to negate?

My understanding is that "true events" (AKA immediate conditions) cannot be negated. The concept of a "true event" is explained at http://www.clickteam.com/creation_materials/tutorials/download/Fusion_runtime.pdf
