    Hahahaha me too...that was damn funny :-D well how about this.. Player walks in a room but nothing happens the first 2 times (make sure it's a room the player must return to) but on the third time you make that jumpscare happen...a mirror crashing.. Lamp destroyed...anything that could generate a loud noise

    It depends what you are looking to do really. If you're just looking for a random Jump Scare, use Volnaiskra way.

    What I'm trying to say is,.is the jump scare when something happens at a certain time in the game or just random jump scares?

    Then do Every... event (timer object), click Use Calculation and then use RRange function with minimum and maximum time between jumpscares (in 1/1000 of second).

    But some unsolicited design help here: Jumpscares are the lowest form of horror. They'll make your heart pounding when they happen, yeah, but so will electrocuting the player. In short, not really scary, just shocking. To properly scare the player a more psychological approach is needed. The key is to make player think something very dangerous is after him. The danger might not even be real. The key is that player THINKS it is. True masters of horror achieve their results without using such underhanded tactics like jumpscares. You should try as well. Even if you don't succeed, you may learn something... interesting.

    Also I'd suggest reading lots of creepypastas and SCPs in search for inspiration. Some of them freak out ever me, a person who barely flinches at most horror flicks. Without any jumpscares.
