One feature I like about GDevelop is the "link events" feature (forgot its actual name). It's great for code reuse as it works just like #include compiler directive in C/C++, only it allows for inserting events from another frame. You can even include only specific line range. This is IMO far more flexible than frame inheritance thing you seem to have went with.

I won't get into details right now since I haven't used GDevelop in some time, but I think it would be best if Yves and other devs would download it for themselves and see all the differences (both good and bad, GDevelop seems to have few issues CF has not and vice versa) and get more inspiration. It was also made by a French guy, so maybe he's worth hiring?
