    Does anyone with Clickteam assist with problems?

    Hello
    I tried to get assistance on a purchase issue on the 28th of September, and was told you guys are too busy.
    Yesterday, I tried again, hoping to finally get some help.
    I received a reply from the same person, "What your problem again? " I went into my sent folder copied my original text that I sent him a month and a half ago, and pasted it for him. Haven't heard back since. I pretty much got blown off.
    I can forward PMs to whoever in the staff can actually help me.

    I see that now. Thank you. I overlooked it assuming it was just directions on how to use the PM system or something.
    If only it would have been pointed out a month and a half ago.

    Nobody is at fault here. We highly encourage users to email or post on the forums. CT staff inboxes on the forums are inundated with requests everyday which is why it's an informal and non-manageable way of support.
