Question Why can I scale down the frame size, but not back up?

After experimenting for a bit I was able to get a working changeable resolution into my game. The only problem is that although I can scale down the frame width I cannot scale it back up unless I jump back to the same, or another frame (restarting the frame does not work). Is there a reason as to why this happens??

Here's an isolated version of my issue:

Ideally I'd like to be able to scale the size up without having to restart anything.
