    Count does not work with enemy spawn.

    I can't seem to figure this out. In one frame, "play level 1" I got the counters to work fine and spawn the correct number and then stop. I copied the same code in the next frame "play level 2" and no matter what I have tried my enemy2 continues to spawn beyond the number I assign. I created counters to check to make sure the correct number is being spawn and it shows that both asteroids are fine but the enemy ship just never stops. I have tried alternating between create and launch and tried different numbers, but nothing works. I am trying to simplify my game, but also make levels and a scoring system which includes rewards, such as one to three stars awarded for the number or percentage of enemies you destroy (that is a whole other problem I need help with) but first could someone look at my file and see why enemy2 will not spawn the correct number and then stop.     Change line 22 (Every 04"-00 line) second condition to Enemy2count (the counter with 20 in it) greater then 0. (20>0)
    When the counter = 0 the enemy will not spawn anymore.

    Also, your laser shoots only with one direction.
    In both your laser sprites(ship and enemy) rotate them 90 degrees, then in the runtime options of your laser sprite property, put a check mark on Automatic Rotations Enabled.

    Edit: one more thing, for some reason line 22 is crashing the game on my PC. At 4 seconds the game crashes for some reason. I thing it does not like the direction line.

    amiman99, that really improved my shooting! I put in a line when the counter 20 =0 destroy the spawner. That stopped it. I still have lots of issues to work out. But, every little bit of help is really appreciated!
