  1. Clickteam Online Service Upgrades

    Important Downtime Announcement February 2021

We have some exciting changes and server upgrades coming in the next months, which kick off with a brand new Clickteam Forum and Passport System!
Please read this important announcement to minimise any disruption this process will cause whilst we carry out the work.

The Community Forum and Clickteam Passport will be placed in read-only mode to allow us to perform the upgrade process.
This is taking longer than originally anticipated, please bear with us whilst we complete the work.

Please click here for more detailed information about how service will be affected.
  2. Update on Upgrade Work

We had hoped to be using our new forum system by now, however work has been unavoidably delayed due to issues beyond our control.

Our cloud services provider caused a significant delay of over a week, the consequences of which we are still resolving.

Unfortunately this has led to a much longer and less smooth transition than we had planned for. Please accept our sincere apologies for this delay.

We would also like to clarify (as some people had misread the various notices) that this process was always intended to take a little time and never just 2 days.
We previously gave the 2 dates of February 3rd and 5th as when the forums would go into "No New User Registrations" and "Readonly" modes respectively.

What happens now? Our existing forums have been reopened!

We have re-enabled posting new threads and replying to threads so whilst we resolve the lingering issues with the new system, you can post to old/new threads here.
These posts will not be lost when we make the final move to the new system.

New user account registrations will remain disabled, as will most Passport functions (you may continue to download your existing registered products).

Please click here for more detailed information about how service will be affected.

As for the trig formula not working - Excel uses radians, whereas CF2.5 uses degrees. The " *180 / Pi" part is how you convert between the two. If you remove that and just say: ASin(Sin( Angle ))...

You can grab an alterable value by their index to go beyond the named values limitation. I did a quick test and I land on 99 999 999 Alterable Values that will return the value that I set them to.

Maximum limit of Alterable Values in an Active Object?

I have 2.5 Developer and the 2.5+ DLC.

Using the Compare a value it seems it goes all the way to IZ, which is I think ~236 alterable values, but I wasn't sure if it could go higher than that?

    -90˚ to 90˚?
That's only a range of 180˚. The stackflow post is talking about -180˚ to 180˚, which makes a lot more sense, and could be solved with a simple statement using "modulus" (better for...

I'm using the following equation that I found on Stack Overflow. It's supposed to convert any angle (0-360˚) into a range of -90˚ to 90˚:
