Great example! This could be quite useful in nebula-like particle effects.

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.
A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.
Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

This should be everything you need. Just copy what's inside the folders with the extension name on it to your MMF2 folder.

Welcome back! It's great to know that all is well.

Thanks AyreGuitar! This will definitely be of great assistance in my projects.

Looking over the code today, I came to the sudden realization that I had entirely forgotten to add an event for when the snake collides with itself. XD
Here's that little fix:

Good day everybody! I've just finished making a quick example of both a Tron-style game (in 36 events) and a Snake-style game (in 14 events). There was an AI programmed for the Tron frame, but it's deactivated by default. If you would like to mess with it, just activate the AI group and disable the Player 2 group.

They're very simple examples, but I hope they prove useful to someone.

I've also created a webpage for it, which can be viewed here:

This is incredible! Excellently done.

This is fantastic! Very well done thus far.

I'm a tad late, but happy birthday to you!

I had a project like that a couple of years ago. Luckily, I shortened the idea and completed a version of the game, though it never came to be quite what I imagined it would.

Excellent work! These are great effects.

Fantastic work, so far. I think it would be interesting if you could control the alien robots individually; say you click on one, then you can control it to move it around, eat, drink, and be merry.
-
That's fantastic! It could easily be used to create a day/night cycle.
-
Personally, either way is okay. Though, many open sourced city sim graphics tend to be isometric versus a top down style.
-
Great work!

This is an excellent idea! The kits could easily allow for creative expansion by the person using it, while keeping the original style of the game that the kit was based upon.

I agree that point collision detection would be a useful feature to have. It has my vote for inclusion.

You could use the Local IP++ object to retrieve it, or you could have a Lacewing client extension in the frame to connect to that server and get the host IP address.
I've zipped up the Local IP extension here:
