Here's what I managed to achieve using Firefly 3D extension and LVL Edit. A lot of hard work... without LVL Edit I'll give up I guess... From an artistic perspective I decided to not use Firefly Billboard objects. Only meshes and primitives (some with spritesheet animations).

LVL Edit is a level design tool. It is not a modeling tool (at least for the time being). You can import models from Crocotile into LVL Edit or directly from Crockotile into Firefly. I need to take a deeper look into that Crockotile - LVL Edit workflow.
Personally, I use Blender 2.8 (and above) with the Sprytile add-on which is inspired by the Crocotile.
Hard to say. It depends how your loop detects punctation marks. What are Your String Object delimiters?
Some solution, maybe: For example: (if Spacebar is a delimiter) > get word from loop index "words only" > and if word has punctation mark > then go to next line. So maybe two String Objects should be used. One for whole text and one for word...

Hi DrWho, from my perspective the biggest improvement I'm using a lot are this parent/child events and 260 named values/strings. I had no problems with this add-on/dlc so far.

Will it be easy to find textures that can fit the 3d scenes that we will create ?
I think this will depend on Your assets organization. I'll be working on that to make it as simple as it can be or maybe You're thinking about online assets packages.

If You mean You can't download .rar file - I should look into that. If You have problem with running LVL Edit.exe - that's the LVL Edit Statistics fault - it should be turned off at start (user should be able to decide first if he want to send application stats to help me improve that tool). If You want to avoid that message You can edit file data.ini where LVL Edit is, change line: raports=1 to raports=0 and computer should accept application - no raports. Thank You for Your feedback.

I'm currently focused on platform movement. Some test level here
Blit function from Surface Object likes alpha channel. So when I have for example hero jumping animation in active object I can see every frame using Blit. I think there is no way to just show one current frame (with alpha channel).
