I made an idle uwp app with just fps counter and put it on a raspberry pi 3 with win 10 iot. FPS was between 10-20. Don't know if it's possible to get any decent fps with Raspberry + Fusion.

Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.
A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.
Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

danjo You are funny, you remind me of my grandpa ;P. World might be different than a decade ago.
I'm just trying to think also different possibilities regarding the pricing and what kind of system would benefit CT the most. Key point here would be to get as broad user base as possible --> success will come along.
Fusion dev price is no problem for me, but a wider user base would benefit all of us. -
THANK YOU!
I will continue to gladly support clickteam by buying any major version upgrades (like it was with mmf2 to fusion 2.5) ,exporters and premium plugins.
The very fact that I can still open a fusion 2 project from several years ago without requiring any internet connection speaks volumes of how reliable Clickteam is compared to Scirra.I am going to list the points that give Fusion3 an advantage over buying Construct3:
- Fusion 3 has a powerful visual programming event sheet - no prior programming knowledge required, it is an improvement over the old one and a complete rewrite. Meanwhile Construct3 is just the old construct2 event sheet running inside a web browser
- Fusion 3 pro does not require subscription fees - you pay once for license, you own the software for life (*upgrade fees might apply for major releases)
- Fusion 3 has easy native exporters for all major platforms (list platforms - free/purchased separately*) - The games are compiled with pure native performance and a small footprint!
- Fusion 3 exporters do not require any third party services such as xdk or node.js - for porting of the games.
- Fusion 3 games are native and will not break due to things like web browser updates
- Fusion 3 editor will work natively on windows, linux and mac - all major platforms! Construct3's editor is written in html5 and runs inside a web browser.
- Fusion 3 does not require you to be connected to the internet in order to use it, does not require you to upload your game to the cloud or login with an account every time you start it
- Fusion 3 addresses all the cons and limitations fusion 2.5 had - it's built from scratch with a better design and is very powerful
- Fusion 3 is very extendible,
- Fusion 3 saves project files as simple editable json text files that can be edited externally and that makes it better suited for team projects and github version control. construct 3 saves binary blobs that can not be edited externally and are difficult for tracking changes.
- Construct 3 project files can not be opened in construct 2- once you pay in the subscription model, you are locked to it - all of your construct3 made projects are locked to subscription fees.
- Clickteam - fusion 3's creators are the original inventor of visual event sheet programming and their products have a huge back catalog of successful 2d games. (insert video trailer here)

That would streamline the range. Just one version + addons.
No separate Free, standard and developer versions. -
Now that the pricing system has been on the table with some competitors etc. I would like to ask from the community: what kind of pricing system you prefer, so that it would be also fair for the ClickTeam. I think the pricing should be as appealing as possible to gain more users and grow the ecosystem.
@ClickTeam Could it be possible to have a free "Fusion 3 core" with only few plugins and probably without any exporters. So the monetizing system for Clickteam would be the plugins and exporters + MarketPlace. And the users could buy all the plugins and exporters they need. That way the pricing would be fair and ClickTeam could have a constant source for income.
1. Free Fusion 3 core
2. Paid plugins by ClickTeam
3. Paid exporters by ClickTeam
4. Profit from the market place from plugins by the communityOr do you prefer a paid program that comes with plugins and exporters?
I'm quite sure that option: subscription model is of the table.
What kind of pricing you prefer and what is the absolute deal breaker?

Nimbus9 there might be some quirky things with fusion 2.5 if you have used to use Construct 2, but Fusion 3 will fix those "issues". I'm really sure that you won't regret your decision. Construct 3 is essentially just a face lift and the engine underneath is the same. But Fusion 3 is a whole new beast, build from the ground up. With Fusion you can be a serious developer, and with Construct it's more like html5 hobby.

CT is doing things right and Scirra is repelling users with their business decisions. It seems like we have found the winner of this battle.
Keep up the good work ClickTeam

Definitely an interesting product and it's easy to see the demand and market for it. People who compare it to Unity or UE etc. are typical whiners who are never satisfied to anything. If unity works for them, they should stick with it. But obviously they aren't satisfied with Unity, so they are yelling here. People who are familiar with Fusion will definitely be happy to be able to make 3D games with it. But probably it wont attract new users from other 3D game engines thou. This is a great new addition to Fusion and wish the best success for it.
I have to agree with blurymind that it would be very clever idea to make "Fusion framework" for existing engines like super powers or unity. Look how well PlayMaker is doing. There isn't anything similar like fusion editor for the "big game engines". All visual editors are more like Unreal engines blueprint. My brain works the way Fusion/Construct handles the programming and I believe that there are a lot of people alike.
So Unity/Unreal etc. are not competitors to Fusion as long as they don't provide editor with same logic that Fusion has. I hope this is an indicator that 3D could be integrated part of Fusion3(D), and that would be a killer sales argument.

I have Avast. I got the Fusion working after reinstalling the whole Steam.
-
I got this same problem. Fusion was working before, but after installing beta version, it won't start anymore.

Hello all,
I tried to participate to the beta program from Steam. But after Steam installed the beta version, Fusion didn't open at all. Steam just gets in to this loop where it tries to open, but nothing happens. Then I removed the Fusion installation and reinstalled it, and it didn't help at all. I removed the beta program. Deleted all local files. Deleted fusion from windows registry. But nothing fixes the problem. Fusion was working perfectly before I tried the beta. Has anyone faced similar problems or does someone know how to fix it?
