A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you! That was fast. I don't have a lot of experience about the different physics, I tried this one but failed miserably!
I think it's okay for what I'm planning to do with it, but if anyone want to improve it, feel free to! It may be useful for future user that will search on google.

Hello!
Sooo, for my game I intend to make fireball similar to Mario. I tried to replicate that bouncy effect but I can't come with something good enough that would work on non-flat terrain.
I've tried two things so far, during the fireball movement I made it going up and down, but I figured that would not work on different level of ground.
I asked for tips and I've been told to look around with the Pinball Mouvement, which is exactly what I was looking for, but problem, the fireball is actually being like a bouncy ball instead. The higher the character launch a fireball, the higher the bounce is, which is not what's I'm lookin for at all. (I've tried changing the gravity and all of the settings, but it's still keeping that bouncy ball physic.=
So I'm left with no clues on how to do that. I really need your guys help!Here are my unsuccessful tries :

At certain animation frames the character is stuck in the ground.
Don't apply the Platform Movement object on the character graphics.
Use another Active(quadratic/rectangular shape) for the PMO object instead and then set the position of your character relative to the rectangular object.Yup I figured that, but I wonder why? All of the sprites are the same dimensions, there is not height difference, it's weird...

Ca prouve que la détection que ton personnage bouge se fait mal.
Tu devrais peut être penser à changer de méthode de gestion de plateforme, je te conseille d'utiliser Physics plutôt de ton extension actuelle.
En plus, ton proj n'est pas extremement avancé, se sera un mal pour un bienSinon j'ai réussi à débloquer un petit peu en faisant ca:

Merci de ton aide! Justement je comprend pas pourquoi elles se font mal. Le perso a la même hitbox pour chaque mouvement, et avant de le redimensionner il n'y avait aucun probléme!
Je travaille mon projet un peu chaque jour et je suis un peu plus avancé qu'avant, donc ça serait assez chiant de changer la gestion de plateforme! Surtout que j'ai pas trop d'expérience avec Physics et que je commençais à me familiariser avec l'extension que j'ai prise!
Mais si effectivement je n'ai pas d'autre choix, et bien j'essayerais avec cette extension!Merci beaucoup, ça aide! Je vois pas trop en quoi le changement de vélocité permet à l'animation de se jouer complétement mais tant que ça marche!

Mystiik helped me to fix the animations which didn't play entirely. However I still have one last problem with my character stopping moving for like 1 second for no reason, every 4 frames. Help still needed!

C'est ta ligne 12 qui pose problème.
Je n'ai jamais utilisé ce mode de déplacement alors je ne pourrais pas t'en dire plus.Au lieu de mettre des commentaires en bleu flashi, fait clic droit->insérer->groupe, c'est plus pratique

C'est bizarre, j'ai pas vraiment l'impression que ça soit TOUT le problème. Quand je le désactive l'animation se joue bien mais pourtant j'ai toujours un stop d'une milliseconde qui coupe l'élan du perso pour une raison obscure? Du coup ça fixe juste l'animation. Mais j'ai besoin de cette ligne afin de reset l'animation quand le perso est immobile.Merci du conseil, ça me sera utile!

Deactivating line 12 make the animation run normally but I still have a problem with the character stopping every 4 frames for no reason? (+ I need line 12 to make the animations reset, so help still needed!)

Hello!
I'm making (in my process of learning) a little platformer game. I added a walking animation of 4 frames, that went very well at first, but I quickly noticed that my box and my character were not at the same scale. So I made my character bigger and his animations too. And with that came a problem; my walking animation is freezing. And my character is stopping for like 1sc his walking at frame 4.
If anyone can look out for me, and explain what went wrong?
