You really can't stop illegal activity in chats.
In my case, i don't moderate my servers and i always include an option to disable chat if the player wants. Also, i would allow swearing, but not actual discriminatory words.

Let me (at least try to) answer your questions.
I have added a chat system into my games but i probably have a very different game genre from yours so i don't have "clans". Now, what are the "special requirements"? Also about moderation, i make a list of a blocked words and make chats unsendable with one or more of them.

Also i changed the grid to 4992x4992 to just make it fit the grid of 48x48 and 192x192.
I do agree my code is not perfect.
I didn't want 75 million objects, you're correct. The smallest grid possible is quite literally 48x48.
Also i didn't intend to create an object every pixel in the 5000x5000 grid. This system was used for my smaller (150x100) platformer game and it worked flawlessly, I am just experimenting after all. I would like to try creating three objects every 48px in the 5000x5000 area.
I am really not good in the field of fast loops, i just found out they existed in March after such a long time!!!!
I prefer INI & grid-based systems
Are there any alternatives for a loading system or any possible optimisations?
Could be that one of them is somehow running infinitely. But impossible to know unless you post some screenshots of the code.

So i have a level editor, 5000x5000 on a grid of 192x192 and 48x48 for precise movement and i have a loading system with two fast loops. When running two fast loops at the same time it freezes and takes about one minute to finally crash the game.
Any suggestions for optimisation?

So I have a Wii and a PSP (No LAN) and i'm looking to port my game to those two.
I can attempt to port an EXE to Flash if that helps because i know both can run Flash.
How can i exactly start to port my game to one of the two consoles?

Clickteam literally works on all computers from the 2000s and up!
Windows 11 won't be a problem. I have a friend who uses it on W11. I do recommend Windows for Fusion because my Mac friend said it has a lot of errors and visual bugs.
