Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.

A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.

Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

    Hey all!
Long time since I posted but ya I am still around :)

I just wanted to post up about a new tutorial series Clickteam has hired Impact Gamers to create for us.
The first 2 tutorials are posted up on their website and we expect to have a new tutorial every month!

Quite a few projects are happening with Clickteam behind the scenes ... Hopefully at some point shortly you will all see the result of it.

    Later,

    Hey Guys!
Ya I have pretty much been off the forums all of 2020 - I am working behind the scenes now days and not out in frontlines of the forum anymore.

I wanted to share a bit of news and give a holiday update plus just let you know I am still around here :)

I am sure you've seen all the games powered by Fusion and hitting the various consoles and markets. Proving yet again you can create commercially successful games with Fusion!
I wanted to give a big shout out to all the very creative games, users, and example files I've seen released -- Honestly our users amaze us every day!

This game was made by a good friend in just a couple weeks after work. His regular job is a pixel artist for a giant video game creation company.
He will tell you right off --- "I am not a programmer" but he loves using Fusion because he can quickly get his idea to come to life.

You just sent in the same email we tried to pay you last month and Paypal sent back the money.
Please provide us with a email address that we can pay.

We have decided we no longer wish to sell your products on our store.
Once you provide an email that works we will pay you the balance due.

Thanks for your past association with us and we wish you well in the future.

Any future communications about your Clickstore payments should be directed directly to me via email.

    Jeff with Clickteam.

The contract you agreed to when you sign up says we have 45 days from the close of a month to pay your royalties.
This is to process any returns and complaints on your products.

Yes generally we pay much quicker then that but we are still within the parameters of the agreement.

    Hey Michel,

I have sent 2 emails to the address we have on file for you (the one we pay) with a request for some information so we can continue paying you.
I have not had a reply yet to either of those -- So that is why your payment has been delayed.

    ___________

    The email says:
    Hello Clickstore Seller,

Clickteam is updating our accounting records and need you to submit your information for our records. This information will only be put into our accounting system for the purpose of payment of your royalities. It will not be stored online or disclosed to anyone outside of Clickteam.

    Information Required:
    Full Legal Name
    Address with Country
    Payment email
    Clickstore account name

Please reply to this email as soon as you can - We will not issue payments to sellers who fail to submit the required information. We may also require tax information for customers who reach certain sales levels or live in specific regions.

Please leave the subject line as it is so I can keep an eye out for the emails.

    Thanks
    Jeff with Clickteam
    ___________

We send that to the payment address and expect a reply from that same email -- So I will send it again today.
If you reply then the balance due will be sent with the May payment.

    Thanks
    Jeff

The "Multimedia" part of the name no longer exists -- Its just Fusion now so its less of a mouthful to say or type!
Yes you can upgrade to either Fusion 2.5 or Fusion 2.5 Developer at a discount. Fusion 3 is still pretty far off in release and depending on what your doing it might not be the best choice the day its released for you. Fusion 2.5 will still be actively supported and it will take time for Fusion 3 to be fully featured and compatible.

Clickteam has many commercial/professional users using Fusion 2.5 so there will be years of overlap while they finish and support their games and applications developed under Fusion 2.5

We have a giant change list someplace but I can't find the link at the moment --
You can look thru some of the recent ones here
