This one is really long. I have made a shortcut menu in the description of the video on YouTube. You should make use of it. I hope you guys find it useful.
Simple fix. You added an effect with a blend co-effecient to your frame settings. This made everything grey. The problem has nothing to do with the menu. Reset the frame settings back to their default settings like I show in the picture, including the RGB coeffecient color back to white.
