Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.
A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.
Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!

Well the store is currently unavailable so one can guess that they're now updating it for the new products.

Banduck - It depends on when you bought your copy of MMF2. If you purchased AFTER august 1st of this year then you want the free upgrade form link, but if you bought it before that you want the regular upgrade form link.
Hope this helps,
James

I've filled out and sent in my request just now.

Will the CD-Rom be pre-orderable when one buys the download version or does it have to bought at a later date? Just curious as I would prefer a physical copy but still want to use the program as soon as I can.
Warmest Regards,
James

Don't know where else to put it but it's totally okay that you guys had to delay until the 5th. Software development is a very involved process so I can totally relate. First day buyer here for sure.

Okay, cool. Was just a curiosity in my mind as to what you guys were doing new with it. Calling it the free version kind of made it stand out compared to just calling it a demo.

Would anyone happen to know of the limitations of the forthcoming free version of Fusion 2.5? Is it essentially the "Games Factory 2" of this generation?
Warmest Regards,
James

So basically the price of what you bought subtracted from the price of what you want to buy.

If your old Games Factory games have certain extensions in them it may cause them to lock up when loaded into Games Factory 2. If you have one without extensions in it try that and see what you get. Also make sure Games Factory 2 is the latest version, that can fix a truck load of problems. As a further bit of help if extensions are a problem then copy your games factory extensions into the import folder inside the extension folder in the Games Factory 2 folder, from there systematically remove all traces of those extensions in your game and re-save it. Hope this is helpful to you.

This is my first post but I'll do my best to help you out.
If you used the original Games Factory to make those games then it will have that problem on Windows XP or newer.
If you have the Games Factory 2 or Multimedia Fusion 2 try loading the games into one of those and re-save in their format, worked for me on some of those old klik games. Hope this helps...
