1) Uninstaller shortcut does not work on Win 10 start menu. I suspect this is due to the OS right click menu...

To be clear I actually don't need smooth zooming (of course that would be nice as a bonus) it would be ok if just being able to snap zoom between different states. Like 1x 0.5x etc so that might open...

I think I am trying to create an autotile thing so that the correct tile frames are shown depending on position of other tiles around it.
