We have launched a new bug-tracking/suggestions system for community members!
If you encounter any bugs/issues with our software, you can now log into our brand new tracking system with your community account username & password to file a report.
To log in, you must have one or more products added to your forum account (this can be done from the Settings
link at the top of this page).
You can upload files along with your report to illustrate your issue and we've added the option to make your reports private should you need to upload sensitive files (unreleased games for example). You will receive email updates when the status of your bug is changed, when others comment etc. so you'll get up-to-date information as soon as it's available. You can also choose to follow bugs/issues/suggestions which have been filed by other users. Alternatively you can log in to view a list of your/other's bugs/suggestions at any time.
