Clickteam Online Services: Terms of Service
Registration to this forum, the Community Passport or any other of our online services is free of charge and does not form part of any contract of sale. Clickteam provides these services as is and reserves the explicit right to withdraw, alter or replace services and to revoke access to said services, at any time and for any reason (either with or without notification). In that these services are offered gratis to you, the end user, there shall be no compensation or claim made by the end user should the services become unavailable, either temporarily (for example due to a server outage) or permanently (for example should we choose to remove a service such as the blog facility or similar from operation). Where such services become unavailable or are withheld, Clickteam will honour support for paying customers through the Contact Us pages of the main website, available at this time at http://www.clickteam.com/contact-us (English) or http://www.clickteam.com/fr/contact (francais)
When using our online services you must agree to abide by our policies without exception, unless you have specific permission to do otherwise from a member of Clickteam staff. All end users must be respectful of others and refrain from swearing, abuse of other members and any discussion of adult topics (unless in a specifically designated area which is marked as such.) Any discussion of illegal subjects, for example drugs, piracy or copyright circumvention will be met with a zero tolerance policy and will result in a revocation of access to all online services without notice. Any end users who are abusive to others, be they end users, community moderators or staff, will be given a warning. If you engage in and persist in this behaviour post-warning, Clickteam staff will at their discretion limit or revoke your access to our online services.
Although the staff and community moderators of will attempt to keep all objectionable messages from being visible on our online services, it is impossible for us to review all posts/messages and will not be hold responsible for any offence or injury to you the end user, which may be caused by such messages. All posted messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Clickteam Community, nor vBulletin Solutions, Inc. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.
Clickteam Community and other online services operate with a one account per user policy. If you already hold an account here you may not register a new one. This applies to each online service where an account for access is necessary, until such time as we unify our login system to operate under a single account for all services. Users found to be in breach of this condition may have their access revoked either temporarily or permanently, at our discretion and without warning. If you are unable to access your account for any reason please visit the Contact Us page at our website and we will be happy to assist you in regaining access.
If you currently hold two or more accounts on the system, please contact a member of staff or a moderator to inform them which single account you wish to keep. If you are in this situation, please do not continue to create a new account as this is in breach of our terms of service.
It is expressly forbidden to register a user account here using a disposable email address service, for instance Mailinator. User accounts found to be in violation of this condition of registration may be banned either temporarily or permanently, at our discretion and without warning. Non-ISP linked accounts such as gmail or Hotmail are acceptable, the restriction only applies to disposable accounts.
For reasons of personal safety, you are not permitted to post personal contact details including phone numbers, addresses etc. in any forums or threads. You may post your email address if you wish, but you do so at your own risk. This site is heavily indexed by the search engines and you risk exposing yourself to spam if you do so. Clickteam can accept no responsibility for any outcome or consequences should you choose to post your email address in public view.
By completing your registration you warrant that you agree to these rules without exception, will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violate of any laws and that you will abide by the decisions of Clickteam staff and moderators who may deal with you from time to time.
