If I already own MMF2 do I qualify for any kind of discount when I purchase Fusion 2.5?
I submitted an Upgrade request form through the Clickteam's website but Its been over a week and I haven't received any response save for the acknowledgement email suggesting I browse the forums while I wait.
I'm done browsing when can I expect to get some kind of response?

If you get in touch with Jeff, he's very good at getting things sorted out. Here's a quote from DaveC in another thread:
this problem seems to pop up every month or so.. I think the problem is clickteam have different people assigned to do the upgrades from different regions and it never seems to go to the right person. If you message Jeff on the forum he'll sort it..
