Welcome to our brand new Clickteam Community Hub! We hope you will enjoy using the new features, which we will be further expanding in the coming months.
A few features including Passport are unavailable initially whilst we monitor stability of the new platform, we hope to bring these online very soon. Small issues will crop up following the import from our old system, including some message formatting, translation accuracy and other things.
Thank you for your patience whilst we've worked on this and we look forward to more exciting community developments soon!
With clickteam Html5 export we can port games to PC and HTML5, however we cannot implement portal specific APIs. We send games to Itchio and Newgrounds just fine, I just can't implement more specific stuff (show ads, etc)
However I would like to send games to other portals such as: Kongregate, Armor Games, Crazygames, Coolmath, etc.
I am almost finishing a simple game and I am interesting in sending the game for these portals, however, I am not sure if I will need to change the API in the future?
Can anyone enlight on this issue? Thanks a lot in advance.
I will wait for the SDL update as it seems that the association function is something that is already implemented on my game (Pressing left moves 0 to 1 on a active object that reads control etc)
I thought that the fact that I transform drawings into animations would be interesting, I haven't seen something like that in the store yet.
Maybe I am giving off the impression that it's a simple "draw on the board" engine? The video shows otherwise, but users might actually not be viewing it...
Hello everyone, I would greatly appreciate feedback from Clickteam developers if possible.
I have been developing some tools in my free time, but I am not having much success selling them. I believe that due to the engine's reasonable price and usefulness, there may be something wrong with my marketing approach.
My latest engine has not made any sales yet, and I am wondering if:
-The effects it produces are unattractive and unappealing to potential buyers. -I am not effectively communicating the usefulness of the engine, despite having included a Youtube video. -There may be a lack of general interest in the engine's purpose.
The engine in question: Please login to see this link.
I would be grateful for any insights that could help me improve the engine's appeal and sales. I have other engine ideas for the future, such as a bone-based animation with smear effects, but I want to improve my approach before pursuing them.
