Are you using Admob or Gameboards ? That the App is stopped could be a million things.
What I do know is that it is something in your code, either your missing...
change target. things got changed.. also 4.0 is not really supported anymore for the phones. it.s all higher now..
think there it 0.03% of the people that still has it on their devices, but...
