No, i'm not speaking about transparency, i'm speaking about quick backdrop object that doesn't have transparency, they are just one color or gradient of two.

In previous version the back was showing as true black in the frame editor, now it uses the "legacy" fake black (0,0,8). But when the project is built, the color shown when running the app is the good one.

Worked perfectly on my Huawei phone prior to 293.5. They no longer work with 293.5. The immersive mode still works, but when I try to switch it off - then the navigation bar, status bar elements just pop up over the screen.
Previously it would resize the screen to fit inside. I did not change any of my code.

Seems like it either changes something on the AndroidManifest or it request something that isn't available on Fusion anymore... Can this be fixed?
This extension is currently the only notification extension available that still works, I wish Fernando had finished the promised notification extension (found about it on an really old article)

Edit: Seems like the extension did added the placeholders to PrepareAndroidBuild, so something something seems wrong with Android runtime...

Seems like the API requires that you have this piece of code bellow on your build.gradle for it to work, it appears like the dev did added it, not sure about if it's on the right order tho, if at the very least we could contact the dev...
I did worked fine on previous stable Fusion tho.

No. It won't build. Changing to API 28 and target Android 10 - simply gives me error messages - error log file attached.

Found a bug related to the Layer 1 (I guess this layer is haunted lol)

And about the PushOneSignal extension not working on the beta Fusion, the dev refuses to update it until the stable release.
Problem is that I heard that people are unable to upload android apps made with the current stable version cause it requires the Android 11 thing and probably adaptive icons as well...

Sorry you can only build with 29-30 so far with version 293.2+, but i review your issue not sure why it did work, but with latest framework (API 29-30) you must do

That doesn't make any difference - switching to immersive mode, i.e. turning it on - works 100% regardless of whether I start in immersive mode or not.

What I no longer can do is switch away from immersive mode. It fails to do that. It won't hide the status bar or navigation bar - it simply pops them up over the game and makes the game unplayable because now the navigation elements are on top of the game elements.

With the tablets running Android 4.2 - 4.4 had a problem with immersive mode - it didn't work, the navigation bar would pop-up over the screen if you tapped at the bottom of the screen and this made the game unplayable. That is why I put this feature in - so that the players could switch away from immersive mode to solve that issue. This feature worked 100% on my Huawei phone as well before I updated to 293.5 and with 293.5 it no longer works on my Huawei phone. if I test any of my other games that I haven't updated to 293.5 - the code is identical as to the .mfa I posted - and it still works 100% on my Huawei phone.


(By the way - previously if Fernando or Yves quoted my posts, I got an email notification separate from the general notifications so I knew they had answered me. I'm no longer getting those. Was this changed? It was very helpful.)

Running a loop without using it in an event crashes the app. This didn't happen on R293.1 and previous builds.

Just a warning about GPG (Google Play Games objects): It's not working on the beta (doesn't compile), and currently people need the beta to send to PlayStore is seems... Any ETA for the update?

Hmmm, so, System Box still broken on DX11 within Sub-Apps :(
I did showed the graphical glitch a while ago, I'm not sure if it was forgotten or something...
Basically the text will stretch with the sub-app size even without any change to the properties (Stretch frame to object size unchecked)
Was trying to use the Sub-app as a way to hide stuff around custom interface elements, like a resizable custom listview with scrollbar. Works fine on DX9 tho.

Attached is the log - I just gave you the section that starts a little before the MMF Runtime entries start and a little after. But if you want the full report I can let you have that.

I used your version of the .mfa to make the bug report.

Note that I get the exact same behaviour on 2 Huawei phones - the one phone has Google services installed (Android 8) and the other phone does not (Android 10).

Makes the icons look really rubbish as the pictures are cropped wrong - even your round Fusion red logo looks all chopped up with a funny shaped circle and white corners. (I have the same issue with other software I use - so I think this is an Android issue with adaptive icons, not necessarily a Clickteam Fusion issue.)

Any chance we could have an option of using legacy icons? Or better yet 3 icons? 1. Adaptive Icon 2. Round Icon 3. Legacy Icon.

I have hard time to load binary files.
I'm using binary data, text files, which I at the start of the frame load into Editbox, but after updating to higher API (30) and Android 10+, these text files can no longer be loaded.
I read all that stuff about permissions and external storage, but there is nothing about binary files and I'm really confused.
I tried to use PublicScopedStorageDirectory$, DataStorageDirectory$, set legacy storage, write/read permissions, but nothing seems to work.

What am I doing wrong?

I believe adaptive icons was a requirement by Google, not something they added in just for fun...
I would suggest having a two layer icon, so a background and an action icon, so the top layer adapts to not be cropped and the background can be cropped if necessary.

Hmm would be pretty nice if we could copy multiple actions on event list mode, could this please be added?
Sometimes is pretty hard to copy multiple actions and keep order on normal event editor cause they are all over the place because of multiple objects...

adaptive icons depends on theme, seems fine here or at least what they want to show, now you mention they rubbish can you add images for these rubbish icons?

Yeah, so I tried to make a little demo, but found out it was something different. ..
You see, I loaded whole textfile into edit and then this edit set into String parser (or string). And this is where it doesn't work for me.
When I load textfile into Edit on Start of the frame and then set String to Edit on Start of the frame, String is empty. It does happen on Android, on Windows it works.

I made workaround - disposed of textfiles and that text just set into string in code...

@Fernando - on your screenshots the icons look good. But on my phones they don't.

I'm not using any themes - but I do use Microsoft Launcher.

My icons are chopped off - i.e. they are cropped so they no longer display correctly, I would have to remake and retest them for every game that I wanted to update.

The Fusion icon looks like this on my phone:

sorry to hear that. Microsoft launcher use its own theme, and there the difference, but in regular approved devices by googles looks OK, I will need time to search for information about this, if any in the net.

gamecenter multiplayer is not receiving data sent from other device anymore, it seemed to work on ios 13 but not ios 14

it came up with this in xcode, dunno if this means anything?

there is a loading process handled by each control and them are asynchronous and as result the field content is available after few milliseconds you need to check using a timer. Or when the content is non empty

a bug in fusion interface: When i delete an object that have actions, i don't receive a warning like before. And the object disappears but it's actions remains.

Another important bug @fernando , related to layers.
When i move a layer up and down , images and texts disappear at a given position. When i go back it reappears.
It seems affecting objects drown off screen. This problem is only in Android, not in windows.

In the attached mfa, press up button until you see the square then up again and you will see the text. If you press down, they will disappear from screen (pixel5 api30 emulator).
The layer positioning seems also problematic, in my app on some screens the objects are drawn too low. like if a big offset is added.

Are you creating this object through events? If so, this can corrupt your mfa, you shouldn't delete objects that has Create actions before removing the events...
Usually it doesn't warn in this situation cause the object still exists in a glitched state.

no, object is created in storyboard (?? don't remember the english name). Then i create actions.
It's the normal behavior of fusion to alert when you try to delete an object that has actions and conditions. . there is even an option in the parameters for this.
In my case this option is active.
FYI , my fusion setup is fresh, i have just installed the beta on my new laptop, i have never installed fusion on this pc before the 293.6

I mean: if you created/add it to the Frame, add one event that has an action that creates this same object, then you delete the object from the frame, it enters a glitched "unplaced" state, it works normally, but it slowly starts corrupting your objects/mfa.
Check if you don't have any Create actions that references the object.
