Fastest way to import sprite sheet?

Imagine I have this sprite sheet https://crashcity.files.wordpress.co...ancesheet1.gif, if I import this one by one, stretching every image and place the hot spot in the middle of each image, sprite doesn't work properly it shakes while walking etc, how do you import that images and set the hot spot properly? because each image has diferent weight and it doesn't work placing it at the middle for example

in the image editor press the folder icon, select your sprite sheet and check the box animation, then u can set the frame size and select where to place hot spot and it pulls it all in.

Also if you hold ctrl and place your hotspot it changes it for all frames in the current direction of the animation.

I personally use Darkfunction Editor to import sprites. The main advantage is being able to double click a sprite to automatically create a bounding box, and being able to sort the selections into their own folders/animations. From there I just export the animations into GIF format and import them into Fusion, modifying the hotspots and some cropping. It's a little buggy at times (i.e. RGB 0,0,0 is always transparent when exported) but I found it much more convenient once i figured it out, especially with a ton of animations.

They have a video demo here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zMZa3TG58lQ
