Custom Draggable Slider Bar (Ex: Power bar, strength bar, Slider Bar ect)

Howdy!

Finally came up with something I thought might be useful to the community.. (I hope) and wanted to share! :-) Here is an example of a custom slider bar that you can drag up or down vertically. You can customize with your own graphics and make it fancier. You can also customize events based on the counter number.

I got this idea after watching AlmightyZenTaco's awesome tutorial for the volume slider and something Schrodinger had helped me with a long time ago on a previous project!

Maybe there is a better way to do this or could be improved upon in some way, but here it is! :-)

Good idea to make the float relative to it's size!
