Combo Box wont lose focus

This should be a basic problem, but for some reason I can't get it to work. Start of frame I set the combobox line to 1. Then I tell it to lose focus. However it does not lose focus. Instead it is highlighted. See the images below.combo box focus code.PNGCombo Box Window.PNG

It effectively loses focus
(when you type you don't type in the combobox but in the edit box)
but it doesn't get de-highlighted.

Wish there was a control for this (can't seem to find it),
but perhaps you can try this awful hack:

Kind of a weird work around, but that fixed it. Thanks Schrodinger!
