Load Frame Issue (Setting The Hotspot)

Hey folks alittle issue im facing here. Perhaps you could shead some light on this.

After choosing the file and the direction and frame number, after using the load frame action. You are greeted by this menu, that allows you to change the hotspot of the imported sprite.

Okay so I understand that a value of 100000 places the hot spot in the center of the image on the Y axis.
and that 110000 places the hotspot at the bottom of the image i'm importing.

But I want the hotspot to be at the top of the image. I have tried 90000 but the sprite disappear ingame
any number lower than 100000 makes the sprite disappear, So how would I acheive this?

I know a work around that allows me to flip the image then import and rotate 180 degrees, but that seems abit counter intuitive.

    10000 - center
