It's another export written by Mathias Kærlev, of course with permission and support from Clickteam. Just like all the other exporters, you can make your application in MMF2 with compatible extensions and objects, and export your creation with it.

There is a whole Anaconda forum where you can get more info on it.

Except it is third party because he isn't part of clickteam. He's been working on this for 3(?) years, and had to reverse engineer much of MMF2 and the MFA format to get it to work. He did a great job though

He had the sources of the Flash and Java runtimes to work from, so it's not as bad as it sounds. ;-)

And he is considered as a new employe for Clickteam - which was stated at Click Convention 11, and it's accepted by Clickteam and on their forums, so you shouldn't be scared of.
