OK, I go to the menu and click "View" and then click "Toolbars" and then select "Library Window". I then get the window you show at the bottom of the screen.

The only thing listed is "Local library" then "tutorials" but no graphics.

Err, Right click where it says "Tutorials" and select "New". Select the MMF2 folder called Libs.

Now you can click on the plus to the left of the Tutorials library or the new library for all the categories. Click on a category (you may have to click another plus symbol) and then in the main section click on a sub-category (e.g. Game objects 2). Now you can just drag and drop.
