bringing items in front of each other

Way back in TGF1 you could just hold ctrl+B or ctrl+F (or maybe it was ctrl+PageUp or ctrl+PageDown, I don't remember) to move objects in front or in back of each other. Now it looks like you have to do everything manually by right clicking and selecting move forward or move backward one-at-a-time (unless you're moving all the way to the front or back). Is there a way to still use the keyboard for incremental front or back positioning? It was so much easier that way...

You can at least add this options in the toolbar, like MMF 1.5.
Right click toolbar, choose customize, then click on "Toolbars",make "New" toolbar, then click on "Commands" tab,and choose arrange in the categories menu.
Drag and drop the items you would like to have on the new toolbar.

It's easy to make your own Shortcuts:

    1) Rightclick the toolbar
    2) Customize
    3) Keyboard
    4) Category "Arrange"
    5) Scroll down "Commands" to "to Front"
    6) "Press New Shortcut Key": Enter here your Shortcut.
    7) Click "Assign"

    Regards Peter
