Question about the bonus pack extensions.

I saw at the website that the bonus pack extensions will be "ported" for MMF2 soon. But I was wondering - since the MMF1 ones could only be used with a registred version of MMF (a license code was required at installation), will it be the same in MMF2?

The problem is that I want to re-create an engine I orginally did in MMF1.5. Although it is almost completely event based, I'm fully dependent on the move safely 2 extension. Will I have a chance to do those tests at all before I buy MMF2 (by installing extensions from the bonus packs, or will that require a license code)?

I don't think the bonus pack works with the demo version of MMF2. I think you'll have to buy MMF2 to test that out

Generally you'll find that nearly everything works as designed for MMF1.5 in MMF2 if an extension was made. In this particular case since Move Safely 2 is being ported you can pretty sure things should work ok.

Yeah, you have a point <img src="/center/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" /> I will wait with my MMF2 order until I know the move safely 2 extension is out though. I basically can not create nearly as complex physics engines as I want without it.

Extensions shouldn't be used in places where you can go without them, it just takes a little more work. Fast loops handle what you want to do, just fine. It just takes a little more work.
