MMF 1.5 to MMF2 Compatibility Bug?

    Hello,

I was browsing some ancient line of sight examples in the old forums and came across this one.

I don't know about anyone else, but for me this example works fine in MMF 1.5, but doesn't seem to work in MMF2- if you look at the text it will flicker from 'I can see you!' to 'Nothing to see here guv''. I just thought that I'd post it here out of curiosity to see if anyone can work out what is wrong with the example and whether it's a backwards compatibility bug in MMF2.

I have noticed some minor compatability issues. Nothing truely memorable though; mostly objects that are partially in view in MMF2 when in MMF1.5 they were out of the play area. Not sure why. Not worried about it.

    Hehe that is old.

It is due to the change in units of atan to degrees in MMF2 making it consistant with tan. To fix it remove the 57.2958* in the first behaviour event of the LOSObject.
