'Mouse is over object' doesn't work

I made 1 object and made the following event:
If mouse is over Active 1: End Application

And it didn't work!
What I can tell from here is that the 'Mouse is over object' doesn't work. I then tried 'Mouse clicked on object' and it worked alright.

Works fine on my machine, but there is a known problem with this condition, it doesn't detect correctly the collision on the borders of the objects (should be fixed in the next patch). Maybe if your object is small that could explain your problem? It works fine anyway with the default active object.

I have tried what you say and the program works fine for me too.

Can you post an example file, I know it is sounds trival but other object or conditions may be causing the problem. You may have something overlaying or blocking the the action.
