Silly question ...a converter via mmf 1.5 to mmf 2

Could you make a converter via mmf 1.5 to mmf 2 , it take the cca to get all pictues and background pictures into a *.lib file so mmf2 can read it from the library by right click and where the new rename, edit, - Delete is showing add a "Open file Library" or maybe "Open file Library (Get old cca files)" is possible´?

    Why!

i dont want to reinstall my mmf 1.5 again! MMF 2 should be able to get old pictues back ... like all kind of pictures what a cca file brings you.

    Regards Mark

?? MMF2 can already read MMF 1.5 files.

About the libraries, the MMF2 library window supports files created with K&P, TGF1, C&C, MMF 1.5 and MMF2.

Last time I tried, the MMF1.5 libraries worked fine in MMF2. You just have to put them in the right folder <img src="/center/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

Re: Silly question ...a converter via mmf 1.5 to mmf 2

About the libraries, the MMF2 library window supports files created with K&amp;P, TGF1, C&amp;C, MMF 1.5 and MMF2.

    oh yes thats true.

But my problem seems to be the plugins/extension used during mmf 1.5, they stop the file while trying to load my old cca files. You click to get no file loaded in mmf 2? Like missing the extension!

Thats why it could be great to ´load it' from the Library Toolbar, no code pictures only.

It kind of skip the event editor code you have and skip extensions that is used.

    Just an idea...

Just put your 1.5 extensions in the mmf1 folder of your extension directory. That way you can open all of your projects, although the program won't run until you replace all of the unconverted extensions.
