MMF - Calendar Control

I anyone aware of a calendar control for MMF 2.0. I am creating a form where the person needs to enter a birthday.

I want to use a calendar if possible.

Is an activeX out of the question?
Thats the only thing I can think of for a true calendar control right now.

Other news:
A developer was working on a very cool calendar control for MMF 1.5 but had a couple issues and ran out of time. I spoke to him recently and hopefully he will be able to finish it off this summer. I will see if I can track him down and see if he can do it before the end of the summer.

No can't use activex since vitialize does not support activex and this application I hope to distribute via a webpage.
