File object expansion/alternative

I've been looking for an object that can get a file's creation/modification time in addition to just the date. Also, one that can get the full four digits of the year. If there are none, perhaps one could easily be made?

Sorry for digging up this old thread. I'm certain I've read on the forums about how you can retrieve a file's creation/modification time somehow. I can't remember whether it was done by using an expression in the File Object or some other method. I've searched for it but all I could come up with was this old thread of mine but I obviously didn't find out how here.
