Run Toolbar Keeps Resetting!

I uploaded my config settings to the link above. It always happens when I start up MMF2, and it always happens to any toolbar with the run buttons in it I guess. I tried creating a new toolbar and putting all the run buttons in it (and hiding the other toolbar) and when I restarted MMF2, the toolbar I created (not the hidden one) had poped up in the second row, all the way to the left, just like the Run toolbar would have, if it were there.

Might I add, I'm using the Demo of MMF2, however I should be getting my full copy tomorrow in the mail.

Edit: I managed to escape the issue however, by just moving all the run buttons from the run toolbar, over into the Navigate Toolbar. The actual run toolbar still exists though.
