set a global string

I'm trying to set a global string using an expression to select the string to set but it just returns the first one. Anyone know how to fix this?

What build of MMF2 do you use? Is it the build 241? If so, could you post an example in the File Archive forum? Thanks.

From what I can tell the Set String action works fine when you select a value from the list, but if you "use expression" then it always sets 0. R241.

Oh, and when retrieving global strings via an expression (which works) it is 1-based, not 0-based.

Any way to fix it? I have to set 25 global strings and i don't want to add 25 action for it
