    When the Irrlicht Object comes out, will you be able to edit the secne at runtime? e.g.
    • Moving Objects
    • Importing Objetcs e.g. .x at runtime
    • Importing Textures
    • Creating New Primitives
    • Changing Lighting

    Take a look at the irrlicht engine website - it can do all that as standard, so unless the object is heavily cut down I imagine it will be able to do it.

    Also, importing objects/textures/etc. at runtime is AFAIK the only way to add them. At least that's what I remember seeing when it was shown at the convention.

    Yes, Bovril is right. All this can only be done at runtime. There will also be actions to load/save the scene as a XML-file.

    Yes, hopefully it will be released before 2007, but who knows? I don't have a lot of time for this anymore but I'll do my best.
