Plz HELP! I replaced default palette with another

    Hi Gentlemen,
I could use your expertise. When I was creating a frame I accidentally replaced my default color palette with another color palette and now I want to get my default 256-color palette back for that frame. I don't want to delete the frame because I already put too much work into it. Can someone instruct me on how to get the default palette back w/o having to delete all my work? Is it possible. By the way, is there a good book on how to use this software? I learned some of the basics from a week long class at UC Davis but I think I need more reference material.

    Thank you,
    RagingTiger

Within your MMF2 or MMF2 Developer directory, you'll find a Data directory. In that you'll find the defpal.bmp file - import that, it seems to do the trick <img src="/center/images/graemlins/smile.gif" alt="" />

For books, try Jason Darby's 'Make Amazing Games in Minutes' book - you can get it on Amazon.
