Adding a Picture to a Post

As I understand if I click "I want to preview my post" I should get and option to add a attachment.

OK I am looking at the Preview Post screen and the only option listed is I want to preview my post. No option for adding an attachment or picture.

OK now I am at the second Preview Post and again the only options are "OK, submit" or "I want to preview my post"

If I right click on this field the Paste command is grayed out.

From what I see on other post it appears a person much copy the image file to a web server folder and then in the message insert an img command using ubbcode?

Thank you. I gave it a try. You need to add http:// to the command and it works. It will not work without it.
