It is important to state what edition and build of Multimedia Fusion 2 you are using (e.g. MMF2 Developer build 241). The build number appears on the splash screen when MMF2 is booting up. If you are using the full version of MMF2 then many bugs are fixed by upgrading to the latest build (link on the right-hand side of the forum).
Try to be as clear as possible (e.g. think of an informative thread title). Sometimes it may be useful to post an MFA file that demonstrates your problem. If you wish to do this then upload the file to the File Archive (or your own webspace) and refer to it in your support request.
If you want support for The Games Factory 1/2, Multimedia Fusion Express, Multimedia Fusion 1.x or Klik & Play then please post in the relevant forum (not this one).
Before posting, please search the current forum and the old forum to see if your question has already been answered. Also refer to any relevant help resources (the printed manual, the help documentation in \MMF2\Help\ and the object examples in \MMF2\Examples\).
