Making a 'locked' folder

In my game I have a bunch of movie files and I want to keep people from being able to access them outside the game, and I think the best way would be a zip file sortof thing (but I'll encrypt it). How would I do this?

As an alternative adding them to the 'Data elements' in MMF may work. Then they're stored within the .exe file and unpacked at runtime in a temp folder.

If they are videos then won't it take a while to unpack them?
