Help! About Discount request form.

I tried at times just in case I made a typo.
But it didn't work. I confirmed completely that the email address and serial number was correct.
So I have no idea to receive my Ugrade Discount code now.
Would you advice me how I can receive it ?

How long a go did you initially submit it? As far as I know they have to be processed manually.

Also, check your junk mail folder just in case it was mis-classified as spam.

Refill in the form, we have had a couple that were filled in and the email bounced back due to incorrect email entry.

I know you said you tried that, but try again and we can see if it comes through.
