Platform Engine

    Hey, what's clickin'?

I'm working on a simple platformer using my own engine (inspired by many folks). But I've encountered a problem I cannot solve. Running down hills. Running up hills is fine but running down em makes the character to "bounce down" instead of running. Any ideas?

Making your "Low" detector 1 pixel will fix the steep slope. Not sure about the second slope.

Might have to change how you handled some things.

I tried changing the size on the lower detector to one pixel, and it's really smooth now. Thank you

Just need to make the object know that the player is walking on a slope so it stops playing the falling animation.

For some reason it lags terrible for me when I tried out your edited one bruce. It's a nice player sprite though.
