    Rotating before scaling

In mmf2 what it does now is it scales an object, then it rotates it. Is there any way to rotate it, then scale it (to make a skew effect for a shadow).

Yes, that's how it works. Maybe try to use other objects?

RotoScale sure is a nice effect... Default on consoles such as Gameboy Advance and Nintendo DS... I'd like the possibility to do this

Well, the effect I'm trying to achieve is a shadow of an object that can rotate 360 degrees and it is animated, so I couldn't just have 360 different frames even if I was desperate enough.

What do you mean other objects?

    Re: Rotating before scaling

Scaling is applied to objects before they are rotated, so if you stretch an object by a factor of 2 and rotate it by 45 degrees, the streched version will rotate.

Exactly... That's why Rotoscale would be lovley... Rotate and then scale!
