Shall transparent areas in APO react on clicks?

I want to use an Active Picture Object and a .png image where the transparent area doesn't react to clicks. But somehow I'm not able to get it to work and I'm sure I've had it working before. Help! <img src="/center/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" />

    Example file here (52Kb zipped)

You have to include the .png file as well, otherwise we can't open it!
