Another question about Binary

It is possible to change the line in a file using the binary object :

(map headers)
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 ... (layer 1)
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 ... (layer 2)
0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 ... (layer 3)

... = mean that there is going to be 1024 zeros (cells).

I want to be able also to replace those values with 2 or more bytes values like 10, 100, 1000.
