Stretching/undo bug in picture editor

Hit no on resize frame when pasting

There it is, pasted, longer than the frame.

I resize it, (There's another common bug, it randomly resizing vertically when I only hit the horizontal resizer).

I accidentally deselected it, so I hit undo, and it deletes everything that was not in the select box I had up, but only the area that was resized upon, I discovered. Note that the beartrap graphic was never selected in any of this.
