    Save a file as .bmp

Hi, i hope you guys can help
i'm making a small app to convert pictures to 410 x 272 bmp to use as a sat nav splash screen.
I can get the file to load and i can convert it to the right dims
but how do i save the file as a bmp?

Ive tried but i cant get anything to save.
any examples would be of great help.
    thanks.

I cant seem to find much help on the web for building apps
seems most people use MMF for creating games. is that right?
Making games is cool but i need apps too!!

The Capture object can capture the screen (or portions of it) and save it as a bitmap. There is also the Overlay object (AKA Overlay Redux) that can load/save bitmap files.

Best of all might be the Image Manipulator Object (part of Bonus Pack #1).

For the capture object try the official help file and the examples on the MMF2 CD-ROM (Disc #2). For the Image Manipulator try the \Examples\ and \Help\ sub-folders of the MMF2 folder on your PC (should be under c:\program files\).
